Restorative Leadership Development

The Well Collective’s intergenerational and intercultural servant leadership training cultivates resilient leaders and organizations equipped to sustain lasting social change. We redefine leadership as a balanced practice grounded in the six tenets of well-being:

  • Social health

  • Emotional health

  • Mental health

  • Intellectual health

  • Financial health

  • Physical health

Through this holistic lens, leadership becomes a pathway for nurturing identity, awareness, and knowledge. It empowers individuals to build resilience, foster authentic connections, and experience personal wholeness while driving transformative impact within their communities. Each training integrates leadership coaching and peer learning to support growth and shared wisdom.

Leadership Development Offerings

Mindful Life & Community Fellowship

Participants engage in transformative learning experiences that strengthen personal growth, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to lead with purpose and compassion.

Leadership Retreat

Here at The Well Collective, we offer dedicated space, time, and practices that center both self-care and community care. The Leadership Retreat is an immersive experience designed to help leaders restore balance, reconnect with their values, and realign with their mission.

Through mindfulness, restorative practices, storytelling, and community engagement, participants deepen self-awareness and build authentic relationships.

The retreat centers rest as a radical act of resistance, reflection as a pathway to clarity, and connection as the foundation of sustained well-being and collective impact.

Culture of Justice Program

This four-part workshop series examines the history, principles, and lived experiences of justice through a mindful and restorative lens.

Participants explore systems of power and inequity, gain tools for collective action, and strengthen the emotional and relational capacities needed to sustain meaningful social change.

Mindful Youth Leadership Camp

Tailored for middle and high school students, this program cultivates social responsibility, empathy, and advocacy in young leaders.

Through mindfulness-based leadership training, restorative workshops, community service projects, and mentorship, participants build emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.

Graduates earn certification in leadership and mindfulness and facilitate a peer community-building circle with 10–12 youth.
