The Director of Operations oversees daily operations, manages budgets and human resources, and ensures the organization runs efficiently to meet its mission.

In partnership with the President and CEO, the Director of Development will plan and implement a development and fundraising program to provide for the short- and long-term needs of the organization.

This part-time role will work directly with Ashley, our CEO to support her and our growing nonprofit through administrative and operational coordination. It’s ideal for someone organized, discreet, and skilled in communication across internal and external teams.
