Healing-Centered Education
The Well Collective offers immersive workshops each year focused on social and emotional learning and mind-body practices that foster emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and authentic connection.
Designed to nurture both personal growth and collective well-being, our interactive experiences invite participants to deepen their understanding, strengthen key skills, and build meaningful relationships. Workshops are offered as standalone multi-hour sessions or as part of an ongoing series.
Education Offerings
Culture of Justice Education Series
This series explores justice as both history and possibility. Together, we’ll examine diverse justice frameworks, reflect on the legacies of past movements, and consider the cultural forces that shape equity today.
We’ll also explore restorative justice practices that are actively transforming communities. Participants engage through guided presentations, dialogue, and experiential learning that connect personal insight with collective action, while highlighting The Well Collective’s role in advancing justice and equity for all.
Virtual Contemplative Practice Series
This three-month series provides weekly guided experiences that support participants in cultivating self-awareness, emotional balance, and deeper connection in daily life.
Grounded in healing-centered education and restorative practices, these virtual gatherings weave together contemplation, reflection, and embodiment to expand personal insight, foster growth, and strengthen collective well-being.
Lecture Series
The Well Collective’s Lecture Series presents six bi-monthly, interdisciplinary conversations that explore diverse approaches to addressing pressing community needs.
Guided by the six tenets of well-being, topics are community-informed and may include areas such as education, history, economic mobility, and philanthropy.
Each dialogue is crafted to deepen understanding, inspire collective action, and strengthen The Well Collective’s mission to cultivate a more informed, equitable, and connected community.
Artist-in-Residence and Educator-in-Residence
Each year, The Well Collective welcomes one artist or educator for a 10-month residency dedicated to reimagining both personal and collective approaches to education.
Throughout the residency, participants are paired with a mentor, develop storytelling and communication skills, and design transformative learning experiences within TWC’s restorative leadership development framework.
