Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation

There are eight limbs of yoga, and this offering introduces asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), and dhyana (meditation) to anchor into the present moment of the self-mind, body, heart, energy and intellect. Formal mindfulness techniques will be invited into the class from breath awareness, movement, sensory engagement, and stillness.

All experiences are welcome!
