Join us for Meditation at The Well. Held weekly, this 30-minute offering combines mindfulness techniques and guided meditation to help you cultivate a calm and centered mind. Whether you're preparing for a big meeting, tackling a heavy workload, or simply seeking a peaceful start to or moment in your day, this class will empower you to approach what's ahead with greater ease and presence. Participants do not need to have experience with meditation -- just a willingness to show up.
All weekly group offerings are offered on a sliding scale of $10, $15, $20, or $25 per person.
